Mr. McAteer has devoted his entire professional career to the hospitality industry. Both in domestic and international markets, he has unparalleled experience in every facet of hotel development and operations landing numerous performance awards for hotels, resorts and state of the art conference centers.
Wayne has had a genuine passion for hotel ownership since the early days of his career when overseeing 15 hotels for Holiday Inn, and he used savings to begin with a small investment in ownership at age 21. He spent the next 5 decades as a C level executive, partner, investor and entrepreneur. As a result, he sets the vision and strategic plan for creating increased asset value.
Mr. Goodrum is an entrepreneurial-spirited leader with over twenty-five years in real estate acquisitions, land development, building repurpose, asset repositioning, market feasibility, global sales, marketing, and operations management. He is a strategic, creative business planner with effective implementation and follow-through. His passion for both business and personal growth is presented in his attention to detail and successes.
Specific to hospitality, he boasts a personal track record in overseeing 50+ franchise and independent properties ranging from mid-scale to luxury hotels and destination resorts. Mr. Goodrum has launched and pioneered several startup businesses with its core strength in hospitality real estate servicing and turnkey asset development.
